Cultural differences
The cultural differences can be seen as obstacle to realize genuine cross-border, trans-national and interregional co-operation in INTERREG III, but alternatively also as a resource for real collaborative planning whereas cultural variety can inspire. The analyses will lead to the formulation of conclusions and recommendations for managing cultural differences in INTERREG initiatives and international planning processes to cope with, adjust to and learn from differences in planning cultures and to contribute to the successfulness of the INTERREG III program and projects.
